1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by CogniThink Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

CogniThink Technologies provides technology consulting and development services including but not limited to:

• Software development and engineering services
• AI and data analytics solutions
• Cloud computing services and migration
• Mobile application development
• Enterprise system integration
• Technology consulting and strategy
• Maintenance and support services

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our website and services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in work products developed by CogniThink Technologies remain with CogniThink Technologies unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to keep all client information confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CogniThink Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if CogniThink Technologies or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance or service interruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and both parties must return or destroy confidential information.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
